Miley Cyrus looked wonderful in white at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The 19 year old celebrity wore Jean Paul Gaultier jacket dress and Christian Louboutin pumps. I thought Miley looked great. What do you think?
